Hello, Hopewell!
Food has been my lifelong passion. My culinary journey began in childhood, helping my grandmother turn our family farm’s harvest into unforgettable Sunday suppers in her magical wood-fired oven.
Over the past decade, I’ve served in leading culinary roles across Central New Jersey, most recently as Chef de Cuisine at Brick Farm Tavern. That chapter deepened my love for simple, honest, farm-to-table cooking and inspired me to pursue my dream: creating a place where real ingredients, real people, and real local flavors meet.
Hopewell Farmer’s Cafe is my tribute to the incredible farms of our region. I’m honored to work with beloved local growers and Hopewell Valley producers to bring the very best of New Jersey’s seasonal bounty to your plate.
My mission is to craft a menu that’s fresh, healthy, and full of flavor—rooted in sustainability and accessible to everyone. Here, you’ll find dishes that celebrate our local harvests while offering a relaxed, welcoming dining experience.

About Hopewell Fare
It is a community space where pursuit of sustainability is at the core of everything. All of our collaborators source their product from local, sustainable sources. In additions to our vendors, you will find vocational opportunities, cultural events, such as concerts, talks and demonstrations and exciting pop-ups related to real food, agriculture and healthy living.
